Valentines day is fast approaching and what a better way to treat the one that you love than by spoiling them with a three course dinner and bottle of wine. 

Luckily for you, The Royal Silverdale have got you covered. 

On Saturday 11th February and Tuesday 14th February we're holding two Valentines nights that offer a delightful range of options available for a special evening together with your loved one. The thoughtfully designed menu combines locally sourced and freshly prepared food for an evening of good food, good company and good wine.

Starters

Roasted Tomato and Basil Soup served with a Crusty Bread Roll and Butter (V)

Mini Seafood Platter: Prawn Cocktail, Smoked Salmon and King Prawn served with Pickled Cucumber and Brown Bread and Butter

Goats Cheese, Red Onion and Thyme Croquette served with House Chutney (V)

Grilled Black Pudding with Mustard Mash, topped with a Poached Egg and a Garlic Cream Sauce

Mains

8oz Rib Eye Steak served with Grilled Tomato, Flat Mushroom, Hand Cut Chips and a Red Wine Jus

Pan Fried Salmon Fillet served with Buttered New Potatoes and a French Bean and Shallot Salad

Seared Lamb Cutlets Served with Creamy Mashed Potatoes, Shallot Puree and Rosemary Jus

Wild Mushroom and Chestnut Cottage Pie served with Pickled Beetroot and Crusty Bread

Iced Chocolate Parfait with a Mixed Berry Compote and Raspberry Sorbet

Vanilla Crème Brûlée served with a Shortbread Biscuit and Chocolate Coated Strawberries

Raspberry and Passion Fruit Martini Jelly served with a Scoop of Raspberry Sorbet
